Are you #TextbookBroke?
Textbooks and other course materials are a significant expense for many university students. The McLaughlin Library and the Central Student Association (CSA) invite students to attend a presentation on Open Educational Resources (OER), a movement that encourages the use of low, or no-cost course materials in university classes.
Find out more about what OER are, why they matter and how you can influence their use on campus.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided, and prizes will be awarded.
