Learn effective drug-free approaches for decreasing anxiety within the realms of self-care, self-talk, and self-calming. We’ll practice a variety of strategies helpful for decreasing the uncomfortable physical sensations of anxiety, and for preventing the escalation of anxiety, plus draft a personal action plan.
This three-session skills program with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic meets online for an hour on 3 consecutive Monday evenings beginning at 7 p.m.
