The Ontario Veterinary College is thrilled to announce that the 2022 Schofield Lecture will be given by Dr. Baljit Singh and take place Friday, November 25 at 3:30 p.m in person in ELCA 1720. Reception to follow from 4:35-6 p.m., Lifetime Learning Centre Cafeteria (1707 B & C). There is also an option to listen to the lecture via Microsoft Teams. This is a free event and all are welcome.
About the Lecture: The generally held belief is that careful planning leads us to desired outcomes. It is also known that serendipity or accidents influence life of the individuals and the communities. While taking some examples of serendipity and unintended collisions including those at the Ontario Veterinary College that shaped his life, relationships and professional career, Dr. Singh would like to engage with the U of G community on this and other topics.
