Prud’homme Beer Certification® is designed and developed for participants who wish to further their knowledge of beer. The focus is to provide more detailed insights into the history, styles and taste profiles of beer. This course will be held for 10 weeks on Mondays starting January 15, 2018. Register by December 20.
