The Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 1 Award in Spirits will introduce you to the principles of spirit production. You will also learn how to serve spirits and distinguish factors affecting their flavor. This offering of the WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits will take place October 15. Register by September 25.
