Feeling a sense of connection is directly linked not only with positive wellbeing but with academic success. Connectedness helps reduce major risk factors that can be barriers to scholastic thriving. This workshop will support the development of connection with ourselves, with friends and family, and with our campus. Pending public health guidelines, this workshop may move online.
