Today’s workplace is dynamic, fast-paced and demanding for both the mind and the body.

This is the third of the three-part series that will explore the impact of our self-care habits on our day-to-day wellness. The overall goal for the series is to create a warm and engaging space for women to connect with one another to discuss their relationship with their body and their self-care habits. Sessions will examine:

  • what self-care looks like for you
  • your connection to your body signals for hunger, fullness, fatigue and stress
  • helpful mindfulness strategies
  • using your strengths for success

Facilitator Heidi Smith is a registered dietitian and co-founder of the company “Vitality at Work”. She has been consulting for over 20 years and provides a unique perspective by combining her expertise on nutrition and exercise with her passion for mindfulness, body awareness, self-compassion, self-discovery and intuitive eating.
