Join the Wellness Education & Promotion Centre folks for a screening of the film Straight Curve, which addresses the issues of unrealistic body ideals and the lack of representation in the media. The film will be followed by a panel discussion, aimed at better understanding these issues through the sharing of lived experiences.

The Mental Well-Being Educational Programming Committee is proud to present Shine: Mental Well-being Awareness Week from November 11 to November 17. Students and staff at the University of Guelph developed this initiative to promote mental wellness and provide students with resources to help support their mental well-being. All of the events during this week are FREE and all students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to attend.
