Sex education is long overdue for a fundamental redesign. We need sex ed that is about justice, that addresses consent, violence and pleasure – not just procreation and disease. Award-winning writer and sexuality educator Cory Silverberg, co-author of three books including the children’s book Sex Is a Funny Word, will discuss the type of approach to sex education that is needed today.
