Do you have course notes, a textbook or other educational materials that you want to publish online? Are you unsure of where to start or which tool to use? Come to this hands-on workshop to learn how to get started with Pressbooks, an easy and straightforward self-publishing software that can be used to create digital books, white papers, toolkits and other educational and online resources.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to navigate the beginner-level functionality of Pressbooks (including creating pages, formatting content, inserting media and adding collaborators). Emphasis will be placed on creating content that is accessible.

Please note: This is a hands-on, interactive session. Registration for this session is required. Please bring a laptop, tablet or another internet-enabled device. Feel free to come with a project in mind.

Register on the library’s website.
