Come kick off this year’s Open Access Week with our opening keynote, Kelsey Merkley. Merkley is a Senior Policy Advisor at Ontario Digital Service and an open innovation practitioner with several years’ experience working with local, national and global organizations. Formerly a Public Lead for Creative Commons Canada and Creative Commons South Africa, she has launched numerous community-building projects, including UnCommon Women and Open Textbooks for Africa, and is an expert in all things Open. Her talk will address this year’s Open Access theme, “Designing Equitable Foundations for Open Knowledge.”
