The Soka Education Research Centre on Global Citizenship at the University of Guelph-Humber is hosting its 3rd annual special lecture. This year’s event features Dr. Namrata Sharma, published author and adjunct professor at State University of New York. The title of Dr. Sharma’s talk is “Value-creating Global Citizenship Education for Sustainable Development: Strategies and Approaches.” Strategies for the practice of value-creating global citizenship will be explored through such topics as climate change, human rights, peace and dialogue.
