Mental Well-being Awareness Week runs Nov. 4 to 10. All of the events during this week are FREE and all students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to attend. Students and staff at the University of Guelph developed this initiative to promote mental wellness and provide students with resources to help support their mental well-being.
