After the holiday season, many of us may be trying to get back into our typical routines and start incorporating more healthy eating behaviours into our day-to-day. But it may be overwhelming to try and find where to start with all the diet myths that are out there.
Join HPC’s registered dietician, Rachel Hannah, to ask questions and learn about:
- Evidence-based healthy eating behaviours
- Practical ways to implement healthy eating in your daily life
- The role of nutrition and mental health and the growing field of Nutritional Psychiatry
Rachel will answer attendee questions related to nutrition and healthy eating habits. This talk will consist of a 30-minute period to share evidence-based nutritional information and 15 minutes will be held for a Q&Q period.
