Get into the holiday spirit with some skating, hot beverages, and snacks!

Grab your skates and head down to the Gryphon Centre Arena for a recreational skate. Helmets recommended. No skate rentals are available.

Hot beverages and light snacks will be available. Please also consider bringing an item to donate to the Guelph Student FoodBank.

Need your skates sharpened? You can get them sharpened at Gryph’s Pro Shop in the Arena. They will be open for skate sharpening from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on Wellness @ Work skate days and the charge is $9.00.

Donations for the Guelph Student FoodBank will be collected.

Since the holidays are approaching, there is a large need for donations. Food insecurity and food inflation have gone up since the pandemic so any support is greatly appreciated.

Please consider donating one of the following most needed items:

• Canned Tuna/Salmon
• Dry beans and lentils
• Peanut Butter
• Jam
• Flour
• Sugar
• Cooking oil
• Coffee/tea
• Cereal
• Chocolate
• Snacks
• Shampoo/ conditioner
• Laundry detergent
• Bar soap
• Oral hygiene products such as toothpaste
• Toilet paper
