Connect with colleagues while working on your writing skills!  On Wednesday mornings in July, participants will get together to socialize, learn about writing skills, and spend time working on a their writing projects.

• Location: McLaughlin Library, Room 384
• Dates: July 10, 17, 24, 31
• Time: 9:30 – 12 pm
• Schedule:
  • 9:30 to 10 a.m.: Group discussion
  • 10 to 10:30 a.m.: Short lesson on an academic writing skill
  • 10:30 a.m. to noon: Focused writing time

Note: The event facilitator will be available for writing consultations during focused writing time.
After registering for this event, you will be invited to join an Academic Support Community for English language learners on Microsoft Teams. Writing and Learning Services staff will post regular updates about events to the group. You can also use the group to make friends and connections.  We hope to see you there!
