The increasing uncertainties in our lives are escalating stress and anxiety.
Learn a variety of research-based tips and approaches
for decreasing anxiety, worry, doom scrolling, and co-ruminating,
in the face of unsettling, stressful world events.
This two-hour evening workshop with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic meets on-line from 7 to 9 p.m.

  • $5 for University of Guelph students   (due to a subsidy from U of G Student Health Services)
  • $20 for members of United Steelworkers Local 4120   (due to a subsidy from Local 4120)
  • $37 for all others
