Learn practical, drug-free strategies to decrease tension and migraine headaches, and to decrease headache pain.

This four-part skills program with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic meets online for 90 minutes, for four consecutive Thursdays, beginning at 7 p.m. on November 7.
