The most common and severe symptom of peri-menopausal women is poor sleep!
This evening workshop provides tips and drug-free strategies for decreasing insomnia, hot flashes, and other sleep disturbances experienced by peri-menopausal women. It tackles the frustration of awakening in the night, provides techniques for falling back to sleep more easily, and shares how to avoid the “big mistake” that robs us of energizing sleep.
This two-hour workshop with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic’s Better Sleep Program meets online at 7 p.m.
