Learn how to decrease insomnia, fall asleep (or back to sleep) more easily, and get more energy from sleep using proven, drug-free strategies.  This five-session program meets at noon on Fridays, from noon to 1 p.m.  An online program is also available.  The fee is $20 for U of G students, $25 for members of USW Local 4120, and $50 for all others.
