Better Sleep for Peri-Menopausal Women Workshop

This two-hour workshop offers drug-free tips to help cope with mid-life sleep changes, hot flashes and the frustration of being awake through the night.

The fee is $5 for U of G students, $20 for members of USW Local 4120 and $40 for all others.
