Better Sleep for Mid-Life Women

This two-hour workshop offers drug-free tips to help cope with mid-life sleep changes, hot flashes, and the frustration of being awake through the night. The fee is $5 for U of G students, $10 for members of USW Local 4120 and $20 for everyone else.
