Friday, February 9, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Please note this is one workshop that will take place on the two dates: you need to attend both the Feb. 9 and Feb. 23 sessions.

Are you new to D-SLR photography? Are you unsure how to use the various settings and controls on a D-SLR camera? Then join us for these full-day workshops, where we’ll look at how to get the most out of your camera.

You’ll learn about shutters, apertures, exposures, using different lenses and zoom settings, composition, lighting and more. Part of this class will be outside, where we’ll practice in the woods and meadows of the Arboretum, so dress for the weather.

Bring your camera, extra batteries, warm gloves and be ready for two fun afternoons of photography.

Guest Instructor: Sylvia Galbraith (www.sylviagalbraith.ca).

Early Bird Fee: $100 by February 1

Regular Fee: $110

Note: If we don’t have enough registrations by the Early Bird deadline the course may be cancelled.  Maximum 18 adults.
