I’m writing this morning to let you know there has been a bank error that has delayed payroll for University of Guelph employees. We sincerely apologize for the impacts we know this will have on our employees. There is a team urgently working with the bank now to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will update our employees regularly until this issue is resolved.

We know how important timely and accurate pay is for everyone’s daily lives and well-being and are committed to resolving this quickly.
