The University of Guelph’s Ridgetown Campus is opening its doors to Grade 11 and 12 post-secondary students, transfer and mature students and their families, to discover career pathways and programs in plants, animals and the environment.

Ridgetown’s open houses are a great way to discover the campus and connect with current students. Prospective students can learn about on-campus living, leadership development, international travel options, co-op programs, entrance scholarships, meal plans, intramural sports and more.

“To ensure your visit is a valuable experience, we will be welcoming you to an academic, student experience and services fair, academic program information sessions and guided campus tours,” says Ridgetown director Brett Shepherd.

Ridgetown Campus is ideal for students who would thrive in a small, community-focused campus environment where teaching staff know everyone by name where we Improve Life.

“Meeting enthusiastic staff and excited students at an open house event helped me decide that Ridgetown Campus was the perfect fit for me,” says Brydon Dickieson, veterinary technology student, student ambassador and student council president. “I hope to meet you when you come to campus in November, and I welcome your questions.”

There will be two open house events:

Interested students can register online for one of the open houses or for a smaller campus tour in November and December.
