Ontario Agricultural College researcher Dr. Keith Warriner spoke to several news outlets about how to avoid food-borne illness during the Thanksgiving meal. 

Warriner offered nine food safety tips to Yahoo News Canada and also spoke with the Toronto Sun about how to avoid illness from raw turkey. Both articles appeared in several publications. 

He also spoke with CHML Radio and his tips appeared in both the Guelph Mercury and GuelphToday.

A professor in the Department of Food Science, Warriner researches food safety and microbiology with an emphasis on food borne viruses like listeria.
