Food economist Dr. Mike Von Massow, Department of Food, Agriculture and Resources, spoke to Global News for an article examining whether rising food costs will become an election issue in this campaign.

Von Massow noted the issue of food prices has become intertwined with that of climate change, which has been linked to droughts in agricultural producing areas such as California and Arizona.
