Research looking at a program designed to improve healthy behaviours in toddlers was featured by CBC News. Lead researcher Kathryn Walton was interviewed by CBC Radio’s The Morning Edition. She spoke about why parents felt the program reduced their stress levels and helped improve their children’s overall behaviour. Walton and Prof. Jess Haines, Family Relations and Applied Nutrition, are looking to expand the program and offer it in workplaces.
