Need to talk? Student Wellness Services will offer three drop-in emotional support sessions for students on Jan. 27, Jan. 30 and Feb. 1. All sessions will take place in the University Centre, Room 390, from 3 to 5 p.m.

GRADuate on Time is a half-day workshop designed to help graduate students meet the specific time management challenges they face. Participants will learn concrete strategies to manage their time, graduate on schedule, balance conflicting priorities and manage procrastination. Registration is required.
