Relaxation and Stress Management Skills Training
University Centre OntarioLearn to relax tight muscles, calm anxiety, settle a busy brain, cope effectively and have more energy. This skills training program meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8 - 9 p.m., for 12 sessions (six weeks). The fee is $40 for U of G students, $120 for members of USW Local 4120
