Come learn about your study abroad options at our Study Abroad Fair, which includes six semesters abroad and over 100 exchange opportunities. You will have the chance to meet students who have been on Guelph's study abroad programs, and students who are here on exchange from our partner universities.

Relaxation & Stress Management Skills

University Centre Ontario

Learn to really relax tight muscles, decrease anxiety, settle a busy brain, have more energy and perform better in a busy world. This 12-session program meets at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks. The fee is $40 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone
