Join the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management, and the University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) at the sixth annual symposium celebrating sustainability success stories in the Canadian restaurant industry
The keynote speaker is Ned Bell, OceanWise executive chef at the Vancouver Aquarium, Marine Science Centre. He will be joined by speakers Shea Robinson, managing partner and chef at Miijidaa Cafe + Bistro, Neighbourhood Group of Companies; and Mike Nagy, research associate at the Wilfrid Laurier University Centre for Sustainable Food Systems.
