September 19 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

An outdoor sculpture of large rocks stacked.

On Saturday, September 19 at 11 a.m., join us for a guided tour of the AGG Sculpture Park, led by Judith Nasby, founding Director of the Macdonald Stewart Art Centre.

The Donald Forster Sculpture Park is one of the most diverse and dynamic outdoor sculpture collections in Canada. Situated on a 2.5-acre site adjacent to the Art Gallery of Guelph, the park features 41 installations by prominent Canadian and international artists, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience art in a natural setting.

Drawing on her extensive experience and deep connection to the gallery, Nasby will guide attendees through the early history and development of Guelph’s public gallery and sculpture park. Her tour will bring to life the stories, challenges, and vision that shaped these cultural spaces, as explored in her publications The Making of a Museum and Kivioq’s Journey.
