May 22 @ 6:30 pm

155,578

Join us on Thursday, May 22 at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate the launch of the Art Gallery of Guelph’s summer season with the opening of two new exhibitions: 155,578 and Fuzzy Thinking.

155,578 features the work of over 50 artists with connections to Guelph, selected through an open call. The exhibition also includes a large-scale participatory installation that invites visitors to contribute, creating an evolving work shaped by community input.

Fuzzy Thinking brings together contemporary textile-based works that critically explore history and memory through material, process, and form. Embracing the tactile and the conceptual, the exhibition offers softer, more intuitive pathways to understanding the past and imagining the future.

Enjoy an evening of art, conversation, and community as we launch a season shaped by collaboration, reflection, and creative engagement. Admission is free and all are welcome.
