Tim Nelson, CEO of the Livestock Research and Innovation Corporation, will discuss “Cross Sectoral/Cross Disciplinary Research: Reality or Dream?” at the next Poultry Health Research Network (PHRN) seminar.

The University of Guelph’s PHRN is a network of poultry researchers and poultry health specialists who address a wide range of issues, such as basic biology, environmental concerns, poultry disease, production and welfare.

The monthly seminars bring people together in an informal forum to learn about poultry research activities and to discuss and expand poultry research endeavours. In addition to featuring U of G researchers, the seminars will offer guest lectures by poultry scientists visiting Guelph.
