Matthew Sing, a master of science candidate in the Department of Chemistry will defend his thesis “Towards the Synthesis of Thiotetronic Acids Found in Groundwater and the Synthesis and Reactions of New 1,4-Oxathiin-S,S-dioxides.”  His advisor is Prof. Adrian Schwan.  All are welcome to attend.
