The Graduate Student University Teaching Conference (GSUTC) is a day dedicated to teaching and learning for University of Guelph graduate students. This year’s theme is ‘Enhancing the Classroom Experience: Teaching, Guiding and Inspiring.’

By participating in this conference, graduate students will learn how to:

• Build valuable teaching skills applicable to a variety of different environments by exploring different strategies and challenges associated with each context
• Contribute to a community of teaching and learning by discussing the value of teaching with interdisciplinary and disciplinary colleagues
• Identify available campus resources related to teaching, and plan how to make use of these resources
• Reflect on feelings about teaching, such as excitement, inspiration, and confidence and plan how to sustain these feelings

The conference is free for all graduate students (lunch and breaks included).
