Discover how to alleviate desk-related discomfort, improve posture, and boost productivity with simple, effective movements. Learn to seamlessly incorporate these strategies into your daily routine, promoting a healthier and more energized work life!

This workshop will focus specifically on:

  • Proper posture and ergonomic setup
  • Quick and simple exercises that can be done from your desk or office
  • Consequences of poor posture and desk habits (tension headaches, carpal tunnel, etc.)
