There are many different ways to obtain data to support one’s research needs. Data can be obtained via official sources such as Statistics Canada, the City of Guelph, or Institutional Analysis and Research. This workshop will help you find and make sense of data by improving your searching techniques and summarizing datasets. This workshop will introduce participants to data from Statistics Canada, open data, ODESI and many other sources.
