Powered By Love is a book that documents the story of African grandmothers creating a social movement focused on empowering women and children who have been impacted by the AIDS pandemic.  The Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmother To Grandmother campaign has raised over $25 million to date that has directly supported these African grandmothers and their organizations working on the frontlines.

The book will be for sale at this event. Royalties from the sales will be directed to the Stephen Lewis Foundation to support these organizations and for African grandmothers who are raising children orphaned by AIDS.  Free admission.  Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
