Learn about the beer you love! A new series of beer seminars offered by the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management begins Oct. 16 with “Beer Basics”, followed by “Canadian Brewing Traditions” on Jan. 29 and “Farmhouse Fermentation: Beer and Cheese” on March 26. Seating is limited, so register soon.
