Take a break and please join us for a fresh, Autumn Classical Yoga class on U of G’s beautiful Johnston Green, on Tuesday, September 19 at 12 P.M.
– Schedule: 1-hour yoga practice followed by time to socialize and enjoy some fresh fruits, vegetables, and tea sandwiches
– Bring: Your own nutritious lunch, yoga mat, and water bottle
– Chairs will be provided for yoga postures adaptation. Everyone staff, faculty, students, and community members are welcome.
– If possible, please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the CSA Food Bank.
This event is hosted by the U of G Yoga and Meditation Collective and the U of G Yoga Club, and sponsored by the Wellness@Work at the U of G.
