Are you a want-to-be bird watcher, but don’t know where to begin?  This course is for you!  We will be covering topics from identifying birds to choosing and using binoculars. We will also cover basic ornithology by studying anatomy, breeding biology, classification and habitat requirements.  Over lunch we will watch Arboretum birds and study their behaviour.  Bring a lunch and, if you have them, a bird book and binoculars.

Guest Instructor: Richard Tofflemire

Early Bird Registration Fee: $80 by April 29

Regular Registration Fee: $90.  Note: If we don’t have enough registrations by the early bird deadline the course may be cancelled. Maximum 18 adults
