Food Scientist, Pathobiologist Discuss Food Emergencies with National Observer 

Speaking to Canada’s National Observer, Dr. Lawrence Goodridge, director of the Canadian Research Institute for Food Safety, and Dr. Scott Weese, chief of infection control in the Department of Pathobiology at the Ontario Veterinary College, discussed the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and responding to food emergencies.
