Good afternoon, 

We’re pleased to inform you we have received confirmation from our bank that payroll is being processed. We therefore expect employees to start receiving their direct deposits this afternoon.  

Due to differing business processes at each financial institution, employees who bank with a credit union or smaller institutions may see their pay deposited tomorrow. If you do not receive your direct deposit by tomorrow morning, or there are any inaccuracies in your pay, please submit a ticket through Gryphons at Work by 10 a.m. tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 11), with the subject line, “October 10 pay no deposit.” 

We are continuing to work with our bank to understand and analyze the issues that caused today’s delay in payroll. We are committed to working through this before the next pay date on Oct. 24. 

We recognize the significant impact this has had on our community and apologize for the distress this may have caused.
