I am pleased to inform you that we have two (2) candidates for the position of Vice-President (Research & Innovation) at the University of Guelph. The candidates will make public presentations to the University community on the following dates:
- Candidate #1 – Thursday, April 25, 2024
- Candidate #2 – Tuesday, April 30, 2024
The schedule for each day will be as follows:
- Public Presentation – 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Peter Clark Hall & Teams
- Faculty Session – 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. – Peter Clark Hall & Teams
- Deans/Associate Deans (Research & Grad Studies) – 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. – Peter Clark Hall & Teams
- Student Session – 3:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Peter Clark Hall & Teams
Each session will have a unique Teams link that will be available shortly on the Office of the President website. Information on each candidate will be posted on that page as well. You will need your U of G login credentials to access this information. The public presentations will be recorded and posted on the page after the final candidate has completed their presentation.
As per our normal practice, we will be asking the community for feedback on the candidates. Feedback can be sent to president@uoguelph.ca by May 14, 2024 at 4 p.m.
