The University of Guelph is pleased to join the 101st anniversary of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, happening November 3-12 at Exhibition Place, Toronto.

The Fair celebrates the best in agriculture, local food and equestrian competition from across Canada and welcomes more than 300,000 visitors each year. As a long-standing foundational partner of the Fair, the University of Guelph is excited to present an interactive exhibit entitled the Future of Food. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with our food and agriculture experts, interact with dynamic displays and enjoy a variety of digital experiences to understand how we are shaping the future of food.

“The University of Guelph is proud to once again serve as a foundational partner for the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and we are excited to showcase our talent and breadth of agricultural and food research initiatives” shares Rene Van Acker, Interim Vice-President (Research). “This year, our exhibit will embrace the Future of Food and will illustrate how science, technology, the arts and entrepreneurship are changing the way we grow, think about and consume food.”
