Supports from Student Wellness Services
Student Wellness Services offers access to resources that support students’ mental health and well-being. Not sure where to start? Get advice from a student wellness navigator by calling 519-824-4120, Ext. 52131. Urgent help is available 24/7.
- Counselling Services – Individual counselling sessions to support students through personal challenges
- Student Support Network – Drop-in, peer-to-peer counselling provided by extensively trained student volunteers
