Andrew Bilyk, an executive sous chef with U of G’s Hospitality Service, was featured in the Toronto Star along with his recipe for his signature “Heaven Can Wait” meatloaf.
Bilyk commented on the meatloaf’s appeal to his children and on its purchasing options available to U of G students.
The recipe was featured as part of the Cooking by Degrees series in the newspaper, which highlights Canada’s top college and university chefs sharing recipes popular with students.
