Hospitality industry researcher Dr. Bruce McAdams with the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics offered his thoughts to several CBC Radio morning shows, including Ontario Morning.

McAdams is a professor in the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management who researches activities focused on leadership and sustainable employment models in food service.

He founded and is the director of U ofG’s Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP), which brings together students, researchers, and industry to discuss issues of sustainability in food service.
